In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and salt. Create a well in the center of the flour. First add oil, then soy milk. Mix the liquids and the flour gradually and knead to a smooth dough. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
Divide the dough into 4 equal balls. Cover each with a bit of flour and let rest for another 10 minutes.
On a heavily floured surface, roll out each ball very thinly. Bake separately on each side in a coated pan without oil until golden.
