Vegane Scones


For tea or breakfast

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Rub a muffin tin with some margarine and dust with flour.

For the dough mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add the cold margarine in small pieces and use your fingers to make a crumble. Add the soy milk and mix with a wooden spoon. Then continue kneading with your hands. Gradually add about 2 tablespoons of flour until the dough no longer sticks to the fingers.

Form the dough into a roll and divide into eight equal pieces. Roll these into a ball and put into the muffin tin.

Mix agave syrup and soy milk for the glaze and spread over the dough with a brush.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
