Cut smoked tofu in small pieces. In a bowl, mix together soy cream, 2 tbsp. olive oil, nutritional yeast, kala namak salt, pepper, salt and turmeric.
In a big pot, bring 2 liters of water with 2 tsp. of salt to a boil. Cook pasta a minute shorter than it says in the instructions.
Meanwhile, in a pan on low heat, saute smoked tofu together with 2 tbsp. of olive oil and sugar for 5 minutes. Add the soy cream mixture and let cook shortly. Add one ladle of salted pasta water. Drain the pasta and add to the pan. Stir well and let soak for about a minute until it reaches the ideal consistency.
