Green Asparagus Salad

With balsamic dressing

For the dressing mix together all ingredients.

Remove the bottom ends of the asparagus, then cut in half. Cut tomatoes and olives in half.

In a pan, heat olive oil and margarine over medium heat. Roast the asparagus for about 10 minutes until cooked. While cooking, partly add the juice of half a lemon.

Mix togehter the asparagus, dressing and all other ingredients in a bowl and serve while still warm.
