Vegane Pancakes

First whisk together flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Then add maple sirup and canola oil. After that, add soy milk little by little until you have a thick and even dough.

Pre-heat a coated pan on a low-medium heat.

Add the dough in small portions into the pan. As soon as you see some bubbles in the dough, turn the pancakes once and cook for 1 more minute. Take the pancakes out of the pan. Repeat this step with the rest of the dough.

Serve with maple sirup and your desired toppings like fruits or jam.
