Middle Eastern speciality

Drain chickpeas.

Puree chickpeas in a mixer and let them sit for a minute. Add tahina, sunflower oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and cumin. Mix well until smooth. If the hummus looks too dry add 2 to 4 tbsp. of water and a pinch of salt. Then mix again.

Serve with olive oil, paprika powder and parsley.
